Attorney Sheetal Markan a.k.a. Steven Markan started its own solo practice with special emphasis on immigration & nationality law. He earned his Master of Law Degree the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, Central Islip, New York (LL.M. 2006) and is admitted to the New York State Bar in February 2009. He also received his law degree from the Panjab University Law School, Chandigarh, India (LL.B. 1999).Attorney Markan practiced in the Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, India from 1999 till 2004 as a litigator and represented a diverse group of clients in Civil, Service Matters, Corporate and Commercial Laws.
Attorney Markan began work in the field of immigration law since 2007. He worked as in-house counsel for an information technology company, focusing on employment-based nonimmigrant and corporate immigrantion matters. Currently, Attorney Markan primary & core practice deals with professional, business and corporate immigration. He knows the challenges and is committed to providing guidance and seamless assistance to individuals and companies to integrate with the immigration process. He is fluent in Hindi & Panjabi too, an Indian language.
Attorney Markan is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) NJ Chapter, New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA), and New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) and is admitted to practice in the State of New York since 2009.

Ms. Gamini graduated from Osmania University, India, in Master of Law from India. She is also completed Master of Law Degree from Touro Law CollegeJacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, New York.Ms. Gamini began working in the field of corporate and business immigration law while working as an In-House ImmigrationManager in IT companies and gained substantial experience in multiple employment and family based immigration filings; drafting petitions, applications and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits.
Ms.Gamini’s excellent planning and organizational skills together with proven resourcefulness and initiative enable the successful management of numerous tasks simultaneously. Ms. Gamini is detail-oriented, highly organized and an independent worker. She is fluent in Indian languages including Hindi and Telugu.
